My job here in the finance department has gotten more and more complicated these past few months because of all the great lenders we have brought on board here at Evan’s Glass. Even though it might be a little more work for me, it worth it knowing that if the customer chooses to finance their project that they are getting the best rates available. The Customer Service team is the best. The Customer Service team works so well together to provide excellent customer service. I’ve learned so much from them that has helped me improve my skills and my knowledge about our product and installation. I’m very happy to be a part of a team that is willing to help one another and the company. I believe excellent customer service is essential to keeping our customers coming back to Evans Glass for more home improvement needs. It does get hard sometimes but I’m happy to know that the team is there to back me up. Way to go Customer Service Team.
