Proven, exceptional sales experience within the home improvement industry or outside sales is required.

We seek a motivated, high-producing, customer service-oriented sales professional with a proven past record of sales success. The siding sales position will interact with customers, provide siding estimates, meet sales objectives, and ensure that customers are receiving the best possible service and solutions from Evans Glass.
This opportunity affords excellent commissioned income potential for an energetic, team-oriented sales person who can work independently. We seek an employee who displays incentive and drive to meet deadlines, manage accounts with excellence and efficiency, and represent our company in the most ethical and professional manner possible.
5-7 years roofing sales experience is highly desired. Experience in construction sales, or other high end sales performance will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis
- Determining needs of each roofing job, communicating benefits of products, services, features, and special offers to new customers as appropriate.
- Preparing and presenting detailed project estimates in a timely fashion.
- Completing accurate, timely contracts and paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
- Acting upon leads generated by the company and prospecting new business.
Other requirements include:
• computer literate with experience using Outlook, Excel, database, Word
• clean driving record
• valid driver’s license
• a clean truck with ladder(s)
• bilingual is a plus, English is a must
• good time management skills
• good people skills

Description An exceptional opportunity is currently available with an established and growing Home Improvement Company of high quality Residential Energy Efficient Products. We are seeking a driven SIDING Sales Management Professional that possesses specialized SIDING & WINDOW product experience, for the very key position of Pugent Sound Territory.
Requirements
- Successful candidate will have at least 5 years of siding, window, or door product sales experience.
- Develops sales goals, plans and strategies to accommodate corporate goals and forecast sales in territory.
- Serve as liaison between headquarter, branches and other sales related units.
- Manage the managers and sales people in branch offices and service centers in territory.
- Collect and analyze sales statistics to formulate policy in territory.
- Increase sales volume through directing branch team leaders and assisting/reporting to the Director of Sales.
- Accountability for the profitability and loss of the operation in territory.
- Represent the company at trade association meeting and trade shows to promote products.
- Hire and train sales personnel.
- Manage the relationship with current Department Heads and Administration in day to day operations.
Other Requirements Include:

· Clean Driving record
· Valid driver’s license
· Must be able to pass a multi-state background check.
