Great Door Combination

Friday, January 30th, 2009

Niagara is a floral-inspired door which is stylish, simplistic, and elegant. Clear bevels, mica, and glue chip glass, coupled with a choice of brass, zinc, or patina caming, make this a dynamic entry door combination.

No excuses

Friday, January 30th, 2009

With even more snow falling one phone call after another came in, but not for what you would think. No the canvassers were not calling in to avoid the snow. They called in to make sure they could work. They called in trying to justify why today was a great chance to reach people that normally would not be home for the day.
The dedication of our canvassers never ceases to amaze me. They love their jobs and are determined to do it well. There are no obstacles in canvass only different angles for success.

Training

Friday, January 30th, 2009

Today was an average day here in the admin department. I processed some paperwork to submit for funding to one of our lenders, First Security Bank. I also was one admin member who attended a training session about First Security Bank’s new paperwork. The meeting was mostly sales people learning the new paperwork so they could help the customer choose the right financial plan for them.

Experience

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

I have been here since August 2007. I went from TSR to administrative assistant, to Portland Assistant, and now Seattle Assistant! Ha-ha, plus I was a canvasser for one month in February 2007! I’ve experience so much here at Evans that it will be such a hard day when I do decide to leave! Not like that it’s happening anytime soon. I love this place!

I like how Evans gives back to their employee’s with trips, a cash spiff, or a dinner with the owner, Or there are chances to earn you a nice Evans glass jacket.(plus much much more) To treat your employee’s and encourage them to work harder is beneficial to themselves and the company.
