Administrative Professional appreciation day. April 22nd.

What a mouth full. I was thinking that it was just another one of these day we have that not a whole lot of people celebrate, Until I received an invitation to a luncheon at our office by our wonderful office manager Chilja!! On The office holiday all of us admin workers got a great home made meal and received gifts of appreciation. I really felt like I was greatly appreciated for what I do here at Evans Glass. Just one more thing here that makes this company so great!

A key component to management is motivation. If you have the skill to individually motivate every employee under you as well as motivate the entire team there’s nothing but good things that can come from that.

Working for Evans Glass has been an experience here, a good one. Not only that but it’s easy to come to work when you love your job and love the people you work for.

Hey everybody, 309 here still number one six-man van in the company. We’re also leading the food drive out of all the vans in Seattle. Still waiting for the nice weather to come around I can’t wait. It makes the job so much better.

After a long weekend it takes a lot to get ready for the next week. Getting yourself ready is easy; getting your employees ready is the hard part. Dealing with six people, six sets of problems is hard.
