The Customer Service team is the best.  The Customer Service team works so well together to provide excellent customer service. I’ve learned so much from them that has helped me improve my skills and my knowledge about our product and installation.  I’m very happy to be a part of a team that is willing to help one another and the company.  I believe excellent customer service is essential to keeping our customers coming back to Evans Glass for more home improvement needs.  It does get hard sometimes but I’m happy to know that the team is there to back me up.  Way to go Customer Service Team.

When prepping the outside of your home for paint with a pressure washer, try not to directly spray the caulking around your windows and doors.  This high-pressure water can strip the caulking away from your home, which can result in water leaks and possible water damage.  Replacing the caulking and/or repairing any damages in this instance is not the responsibility of Evans Glass.

I was out all last week moving my stuff from Colorado to Seattle and I came back to work expecting my desk to be a disaster. But I was pleasantly surprised when I found my desk completely organized and almost everything done. Our confirmation person took over my desk and still did all her own work while I was gone. It made my coming back stress-free, which was especially nice after all the busyness of moving. I really appreciate all the work she did. Thanks!

A recently installed customer called in today to tell us what a great job the installers did on her house.  She was impressed by how quickly they worked, and that they took the time to test each window with her after they were put in.  She really liked their friendly demeanor and felt comfortable having them over.

509 is really picking up the pace.  With the manager gone and having to be lead by each other we have come together as a team.  Larry Smith our branch manager is running with us on a regular basis, and his knowledge is much appreciated.  We will be on top, and stay there I can feel it!!!
