We had great entry counts from our after- Christmas shifts in the stores this last weekend.
One of the hardest things about working the shifts that we work during the darker nights is being greeted with a smile when you walk up on someone in the dark. But December brings a new perspective, Christmas lights. They represent something positive and uplifting to those that pass. For us it means a lit porch and a smiling face, and I can tell you that’s all I want from Santa!!!
This year we had a very successful food drive for the kids. I am so glad to be a part of that!!! Also I would like to wish everyone happy holiday, and a safe New Years!!!
Today was a good day. Even though it is close to Christmas everybody is happy to be here. I guess that’s what you could call holiday cheer. My crew carried that happiness to the door with them and we did great!!!
I just want to thank everyone who participated in our food and toy drive, it was a huge success!!! A lot of people are having a holiday dinner because of us, and to me that is one of the most important parts of the holidays. So here it is THANK YOU ALL!!! It just shows that Evans Glass cares about the community, and all of the people who live in and around it!!
Happy birthday, Doreen!
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I Hope that everyone has a great time with loved ones family and friends, enjoy yourselves and others, always give thanks and be thankful!
Starting the day with a positive attitude really helps your spirit throughout the day. The nice thing is that customers can tell with each phone call. A positive attitude creates positive thinking and positive thinking makes it easier to solve problems.
Are you windows or doors not sliding like it used to? The tracks may need to be re-lubricated. You can buy the same kind of lubricant that the factory uses on its service calls, a silicone-based spray. These kinds of lubricants usually cost between $3 and $5 and can be found at home improvement and hardware stores.
The weather outside has been bone chilling cold, but we are not letting that slow us down. PCV 509 is headed for the top, and we will stop at nothing to get there. Everyone is out there stomping hard every day telling as many home owners as possible about the great things Evans Glass has to offer them. My team is working hard, and it is starting to show!!!
