Nice day!!!  My team got off to a slow start.  We had some issues we had to overcome.  We dealt with the issues, and ended up with 6 next days!!!

After having an experience like today, as a whole, it usually adds a little much needed perspective to the team!!  Although we are all still holding our heads high, the bruises of emotional battles take there toll.  But with each new sunrise brings the hope of change, a type of change that can only manifest itself through will power!!  Make a choice, make the change, and you will see what a little discipline can accomplish!!

Congratulations to Alvin Pratt, our Exterior Makeover winner!  Mr. Pratt chose to replace 10 windows and his front door as his prize from Evans Glass.

Well today was very different for me in the office. I got to move to the front receptionist desk and helped out with answering phones, it was fun and I got to help a lot of people I usually would not have had a chance to speak with. It is great being part of a team and working together to help one another.

I am working on complying information and running reports to see who will be the top producer for the 1^st quarter in the Oregon Greeter Department.
