Congratulations to Seattle Retail Trainer, Linda Mitchell and her husband, Troy on the birth this morning, May 3^rd of their daughter Alisa Lynn.  Mother and daughter are doing great!

When you are faced with a hard challenge you have two choices.  You can face it head on, or you can back down from it.  My team is learning the difference from what challenges they should face and ones that they should save for a later date.  We are coming together, but still have a lot of work to do!!

It was a great day.  We started strong and kept up the momentum.  Then we finished and got off early!!

Today is so nice, and the weather has been holding out for us.  Our office is still growing, and now is the time to come in.  If you want a place of employment that you love going to everyday, and make a great income give us a call, and become part of our Evans Glass family.

Well it is almost time for another greeters meeting!  I am running reports and gathering lots of information to find out who will be our top producer for the quarter.

I picked up one of my canvassers who had gotten a good jump on the day with a couple good set appointments, as we were heading to a different area I noticed an older home .  My canvasser fit the bill perfectly so I sent him in.  He reluctantly headed toward the house.  As I passed back and forth over the course of the next 40 minutes no sign of my guy!!  I trust him so I waited!  45 minutes later he contacts me and I pick him up.  It turns out the lady had an estimate from us today and couldn’t afford it.  Our company had been trying to reach her but couldn’t get a hold of her.  So my canvasser explained to the lady about the other options and builds her excitement to get us back out.  He calls it in for the afternoon of the next day to get her one window and a slider.  The people at our confirmation office were ecstatic to get the lady another appointment.  Mission accomplished!!
